Yoga/Mindful Movement


Every body is different and it's important to be aware of your body's structural make-up. To know what's strong, loose or tight. If you have a 'funny' shoulder or previously injured knee, it's key to be aware of this during a Yoga class or when performing.


In private or group classes, Yoga or other movement exercises are used to discover then start to open and strengthen your body.  Voice is directly connected to the body, so vocalizing is used as a tool to discover this connection and unlock any barriers between the two.


I started Iyengar Yoga at the age of thirteen to improve my posture, flexibility and to gain knowledge on how to use my body correctly free from habitual poor use. Since then I have further explored Iyenga, Hatha, Anusara, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Classes; as well as mindfullness/energy workshops/courses. I am a Moksha Certified Yoga Teacher and have my Yoga Street Training Certification.


Private Yoga/ Movement Sessions

1Hour - $40

1.5 Hours - $50


Group Classes (min 4 ppl)

1Hour - $15/each

1.5Hour - $16.50/each 



I find how the human body is interconnected and how it functions endlessly fascinating. I am now studying to become a qualified Mitzvah Technique Practioner.
